E-chords.com is a website that provides thousands of chord charts for Christian songs. One useful feature is that the user can select guitar or keyboard charts, and when the cursor is placed over the chord name, a graphic will display the chord placement. If a guitar chart has been selected, the graphic shows a fretboard, and vice versa. E-chords.com charges a fee to access all download options, but it's inexpensive.
