What if true greatness isn’t about power, status, or being served—but serving others?
In John 13, Jesus shocks His disciples by washing their feet, taking the position of the lowest servant. The King of Kings kneels in humility, showing us what real leadership and love look like. He then gives a powerful command that still changes lives today:
“Love one another; as I have loved you.” — John 13:34 (KJV)
This chapter challenges us to examine our hearts:
• Do we serve others with humility?
• Do we love without conditions?
• Are we willing to forgive and show grace?
Jesus knew betrayal was coming. He knew Peter would deny Him. Yet He still loved deeply and served faithfully.
In a world obsessed with recognition, Jesus teaches that true greatness is found in humility, sacrifice, and love.
