In the Gospel of John, chapter 11, we encounter one of the most profound miracles performed by Jesus: the raising of Lazarus from the dead. Lazarus, the brother of Mary and Martha, had been dead for four days, and his body was laid in a tomb. When Jesus arrived in Bethany, He was deeply moved by the grief of Lazarus's sisters and the mourners. Despite the disciples' doubts and the crowd's skepticism, Jesus approached the tomb and commanded that the stone be removed.

He then prayed to His Father, thanking Him for always hearing Him. With a loud voice, Jesus called out, "Lazarus, come forth!" Miraculously, Lazarus emerged from the tomb, still bound in his grave clothes. Jesus instructed those present to loose him and let him go. This miraculous act not only demonstrated Jesus's divine authority over life and death but also solidified the faith of many witnesses and followers.
